We went to Crane's Orchard in Michigan over the weekend and came home with a bag full of sweet, delicious peaches. The car ride home was a bit treacherous for a vulnerable peach (Elf?) and a few got bruised. So with some bruised-getting-squishy peaches I had to find something to make that used up the remainder of our bounty. I was looking for a recipe for my meal plan on RealSimple.com and
this recipe popped up on the screen. It seemed like a perfect end of summer dessert, so today I'm giving it a go.
