The beauty of this pasta salad is in it's simplicity. Just mix all the ingredients together, add a little salt, pepper and olive oil and your done.
1 16 oz container cherry or grape tomatoes
1 lb mozzarella cheese - I like Belgiosos, but just make sure it is a fresh variety
a handful of basil - torn
1 lb whole wheat pasta
P.S. It's also good with a little bit of fresh arugula, which I threw in when I had it the next day for lunch.
